The HS BB team plays at Dexter tonight. JV starts at 4:45 pm with 2 quarters of girls followed by 2 quarters of boys. The varsity games start at 6:00 pm.

Congratulations to Coda Brickell, Jace Wunderlich, and Nocona Hamilton for making the all tournament team for the Border Queen Tournament.
The Central youth BB teams all played in Winfield today. They all continue to get better and learn more with each game and practice.
3rd/4th grade girls beat Winfield.
3rd/4th grade boys lost to Winfield.
5th graders lost to Winfield.

The HS girls BB team finished 4th in the Border Queen Tournament losing to Argonia.
The HS boys BB team also finished 4th in the Border Queen losing to Oxford.
Both teams are back in action on Tuesday at Dexter at 4:45 pm.
The Border Queen Tournament Tournament at Caldwell finishes up today. Central girls and boys play in the 3rd Place game. Girls play at 1:00 pm and 2:30 pm.

Congratulations to our HS Lady Wrestlers on a successful tournament at Douglass on Friday evening. Ady Fagan went 2-2. Allie Pippit went 2-2 and placed 4th. Aubrey Miller went 2-1 and placed 2nd. Go Raiders!
The HS BB team traveled to Norwich tonight. Both boys and girls teams played hard but came up short and Norwich came away with the win.
Both teams are back in action tomorrow in the final day of the Border Queen tournament at Caldwell.
The girls will play in the 3rd place game at 1:00 pm.
The boys will play in the 3rd place game at 2:30 pm.
KSHSAA released their all state teams for 8 man Division 1. Braden Balman earned first team and Jace Wunderlich and Hunter O’Neil made Honorable Mention.

Due to sickness, the JV games tonight at Norwich have been cancelled. The games will start at 6:00 pm with varsity girls followed by varsity boys. The bus will leave at 3:15 pm.

The JH Boys BB team traveled to Argonia tonight. The boys played hard, but lost the C team and A team games. The B team game ended in a tie.
The Raiders have one more game before Christmas at West Elk next Thursday, Dec. 15th.
Due to sickness and injury, the JH girls BB game is cancelled for tonight. The JH boys will still play today at Argonia starting at 5 pm with C team followed by B team and A team.
Mrs. Liebau’s high school cooking and FACS classes have been learning about Asian cuisine over the past couple weeks. Monday, Ms. Smith came in as a guest teacher to teach students how to make sticky rice, Thai Dipping Sauce, and sushi. Students and staff loved experiencing the food and new flavors of a different culture! A delicious day to be a Raider! ♥️ 💙
