CJSHS English Language Arts students did a great job this past week writing and performing skits in class. They were so creative and had a blast. Great job Mrs. Parsons!



So excited to see the finished results from the woodworking principles class on their 1st projects. Students constructed a total of 28, 3 & 5 tier planters. Great job Mr. Whitehill and students!!






FFA Blue and Gold will be delivered to the High school this Wednesday November 8th. FFA members will need to pick up their order on Wednesday after school is out.

Rule Changes for the upcoming JH and HS Basketball Seasons The rule changes come from NFHS. It will take some time to adjust to these changes; please be patient with officials and score table officials. Central's National Honor Society will be hosting a breakfast for all area Veterans this Thursday, Nov. 9th from 8 am-9 am. We would love to have the opportunity to provide this meal to all of our area veterans!

Raider Athletic Update for November 6-11

The Central FFA went to the Quarter Horse Hall of fame and Museum this morning, after lunch we went for a hike all the way in the bottom of the Palo Duro Canyon. Hiking a few trails and even found a cave to explore in and around.










Tonight at CES

At Central Elementary, our 3rd Graders are collecting various items to make donation boxes for community members that can be delivered during our Service Learning Day in December. Students will be caroling and spreading holiday cheer in the towns of Grenola, Cambridge, Burden, and Atlanta. Thank you for helping our students meet their donation goals!

Our Second day of the FFA trip we spent the morning at Hughes Trailers learning about the Manufacturing process. The afternoon was spent at West Texas A&M University's AG Science Buildings going through the Meat department and were able to meet Several Professors and Instructors. We rounded out the day at the Big Texan Steakhouse!








The HS FB team's season comes to a close tonight losing, 76-30, to a very good Topeka CPL team. What a great season the boys had!
